Our refund and returns policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund. This is due to the nature of travel offers being in constant change, so we urge you to book the travel offer provided as soon as possible as the possibility of a refund expires beyond 24 hours.

To be eligible for a refund, the travel information provided by the travel expert must be either inaccessible or no longer available within the 24 hour window. Our moderaters will check to see all claims are valid and correct.
